We process all orders within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.
Shipping Options
Standard Shipping: $12.95 via DHL or FedEx (10-15 business days after dispatch)
Free Shipping: Available for orders over $50 via EMS (15-25 business days after dispatch)
We ship globally, excluding some Asian countries and remote areas. Delivery times may vary based on destination and customs processing.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy Details
- Return Window: 15 days from delivery date
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original condition with all packaging and accessories
- Non-Returnable Items: Ceiling lights & chandeliers, Changing tables, Nursing chairs, and any custom/special order items
- Return Shipping: Customer responsibility unless due to our error
How to Return an Item

- Receive Instructions: We’ll respond within 2 business days with an RMA number and return address
- Repackage Securely: Use original packaging with all included materials
- Ship Back: Use a trackable shipping method (we recommend insurance for valuable items)
- Inspection & Processing: We’ll inspect returns and process refunds/exchanges within 5 business days of receipt
Refund Information
Processing Time: 7-10 business days after we receive your return

Bank Processing: Additional 2-5 business days may be required by your financial institution
