Seller’s Notes: Royal Copenhagen Porcelain Lamp With Nautical Scene Of A Danish Fishing Cutter
Vintage Royal Copenhagen Vase that was professionally turned into a lamp, sitting on a hand-painted wood base about 50+ years ago. It is in impeccable condition with no scratches, cracks or imperfections. The colors are typical of Danish porcelain and, as imagined, beautiful and typically warm. There is movement in the image of the Danish cutter under a clouded sky and one sees the flight of accompanying seagulls on the back of the vase. The vase, itself, measures 13″ in height by 7″ in diameter. It is a rare find.
