While we carefully curate each piece in our collections, we understand that sometimes a return or exchange may be necessary. Our policy is designed with the same attention to detail as our furniture selection.
Our Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery for most items in their original condition. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
Please note: For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on the following items:
- Ceiling lights & chandeliers (due to electrical components)
- Changing tables and nursing chairs (hygiene considerations)
- Any custom or special order items
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact us within 15 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order number and details about the product you would like to return or exchange.
- Our customer service team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Repackage the item securely in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where we sent the wrong item or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items like our designer armchairs or dining sets.
Refund Processing
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive your return. Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
For exchanges, we will ship the replacement item once the return is processed. Shipping times will follow our standard delivery schedule.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your designer-inspired furniture arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the damage and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
