Seller’s Notes: This is a limited (17/30), signed photograph entitled “Hair” by photographer Roberto Dutesco, part of the famous series of photographs entitled “The Wild Horses of Sable Island”. Dutesco’s works have been exhibited world-wide and featured in the documentary film “Chasing Wild Horses”. This toned metallic chromogenic artist print is face mounted on plexiglass with aluminum backing. It measures 48 inches in height and 32 inches in width. It is in mint condition. The now famous horses of Sable Island, off the coast of Nova Scotia, as described on the Roberto Dutesco website: “Far from the East Coast of Canada, cast ashore or abandoned by sailors long ago, a small herd of wild horses has managed to thrive, untouched by man, in an austere, unforgiving environment that offers not a single sheltering tree and just grass and rainwater ponds for sustenance.”
