Seller’s Notes: We got a new couch and no longer need this one so we are selling to clear out some living room space. It is still in good shape despite its years. The fabric is easy to clean and not too worn, but the stuffing has becoming a bit compressed from use. Nothing routine fluffing can’t fix! The physical pull-out sleeper is a full size and has the same typical spring mattress other older pull-out sofas use. I recommend a foam topper to make is more comfy for your guests!

Pet disclosure: We did get an adult dog 5 months ago, a hypoallergenic Maltipoo, who never gets on this couch (he’s a lapdog). So for most of the lifespan of the couch, it has not been exposed to pets.

Blemish disclosure: The sleeper bed works well still. The issue is that one of the wooden bars that holds the bed bracketing is missing either a screw/nail (lost during our moving process) so you need to just pull the bed out at a specific angle. If you’ve got the right tools and skills it should be an easy fix, but I’m not a very handy person so couldn’t do it myself.
